As you are probably aware, 3-TP (3-Tier Programme) is the flagship executive course of IIM, Ahmedabad. This is the first programme with which IIMA started its academic activities over four decades ago. Participation in 3-TP has always been found to be a rewarding and an enriching experience by the participants and a challenging experience by the faculty at IIMA. This programme is designed for senior executives of medium to large public and private sector organizations who are above 35 years in age, have more than 10 years of managerial experience, are in general management positions reporting to top management, or are currently heading a functional department.
