To fulfill the need of changing management scenario and digitized economy and as a part of competitive research oriented education initiative, RCMA is publishing its quarterly journal “SIDDHANT – A Journal of decision making”. it is an academic journal, which provides an integrative view of consumer perspectives, economic situations, management thinking, technological growth, empirical research studies and management practice in the Indian and International context that brings the academicians, managers and entrepreneurs on the same platform.
SIDDHANT invites research papers/ case studies/ articles which enhance the knowledge through in-depth research on contemporary management issues in functional areas of marketing, finance, and human resource management, organizational behaviour, production & operations management, information technology, and relative general management issues.

This is a quarterly journal published every year in January-March, April – June, July-September, October - December. Please find enclosed the guidelines for contributors.
The last date of paper submission for Jul-Sep’2012 issue is 1st Aug’12.

Information to Authors
The paper should be typed in MS Word.
Title of the paper should be followed by name, e-mail and affiliation of author(s).
Use a single column layout with both left and right justified.
Font: Main Body – 12 pt; Style: Times New roman.
Tables and Figures: to the extent possible, tables and figures should appear in the document near/ after where they are referenced in the text. In no case should tables or figures be in a separate document or file. An abstract of not more than 200 words is required.
The paper should start with an introduction and end with conclusion summarizing the findings of the paper.
References: it is the author’s obligation to provide complete references with the necessary information. References should appear in the test as: “ Patel and Nath (1999) reported that….” Abd the list of all the references must be placed at the end of the manuscript in the following style:
-Patel S and Nath K (1999), “Domain – Oriented Modeling of Indian Education System Through UML” International Journal of Systems in Accounting and Management, Vol. 7, No. 1, pp.22-27.
-Wells J S (1998), Occupational Fraud and Abuse, Obsidian Publishing, Autstin TX, USA.
Papers are accepted for publication on the understanding that these contain original unpublished work, not submitted for publication anywhere else.
Fact of papers presented/ submitted in a conference/ seminar must be clearly mentioned at the bottom of the first page of the manuscript and the author should specify with whom the copyright rests.
Papers are processed through a blind referral system by experts in the subject areas. To ensure anonymity, the writer’s name, designation and other details should appear only on the first page along with the title of the paper and should not be repeated anywhere else.
