Position: Chief Technical Officer Total experience: 8+ yrs Job Description : Be entrepreneurial in nature, work as an effective tech leader & be passionate about building great products. An expert grasp on technologies like PHP, ruby on rails or python frameworks and best practices in coding and design principles is necessary, as is the ability to strategically and technologically guide the team. Should be able to scale up technical teams according to the business requirements and improve, implement and power existing solutions. Should be able to challenge product management when features impact responsiveness and scalability, identify potential problem areas and suggest alternative solutions. To ensure interoperability of all components in a project, including their integration, stability and reliability, and their ease of use. Bachelor’s /Master’s Degree in technology field preferably from top Indian universities like IITs/ BITS or leading US universities like Stanford/MIT/CMU. Should have atleast 4 year core development experience in e/m commerce segment. Working knowledge of CMS frameworks like Drupal etc. & various front end technologies will be valuable.
