Hi all
I am trying to collect data from Indian call centers that handle with American customers. I am working on a paper focused on understanding the unique challenges involved with customer service across cultures and the potential impact on burnout and performance. I would like call center representatives to complete two 15-20 minutes surveys and their supervisors to complete one short survey.
We can provide some compensation for survey takers in appreciation for their participation. We can also provide the results (reported as a whole) to any organizations involved.
