Gujarat technological university organizes meeting for senior stack holders including DEAN/ Directors/TPO/ of management Institutes to make a plan for organizing HR conclave on 8^th February 2016 & CENTRALIZED CAMPUS PLACEMENT in the month of MARCH AND APRIL 2016. 

This Meeting is being organized to ensure the maximization of the tentative Agenda regarding Employment /placement of the GTU students.

AGENDA:

1.      To Organize CENTRALIZED CAMPUS PLACEMENT in the month of MARCH AND APRIL 2016. 

2.      The role of MBA institutes to during HR CONCLAVE on 8^thFEBRUARY – 2016.

3.      To discuss various benefits of HR CONCLAVE.

·         To understand the need and requirement of the Industry.

·         To Understand the HR manager perspective with regard to current employment Scenario which would be helpful to TPO, Alumini & Final year students.

·         To establishment Long term credible relation between the university and Industry. 

·         To identify the Skill gap of the students for final Placement.

·         To enrich Industry – academic Inter action. 

·         To improve the employability skill of Final Year students and alumini.

·         To build bridge between TPO and HR Manager & the education institutes.

4.      To arrange Centralized CAMPUS Placement to Boost up Placement activity which helps to generate confidence in students who like to prefer MBA as Career.

Request you to kindly remain present along your TPO OR Senior Faculty Member ( ONE ) to make this meeting successful. We request you kindly bring COPY of addresses with Contact Person (MINIMUM 30 addresses of companies where our students have prospectus of employment)

In this meeting will decide NORMS and STRATEGIES to organize centralized CAMPUS PLACEMENT in the month of March to APRIL.

Special Note : Expert (Dean/Directors) would be eligible for TA DA as per GTU Norms. In any case Director appoint representative for the meeting he/She shall not be eligible for TA/DA.
