You must have observed that this particular course has been given importance by most of the business schools and AICTE has also recommended it in the model curriculum.
The program director Dr. Kamal Ghosh Ray has been teaching this course for more than a decade in Indian and Foreign Business Schools. He was a protagonist in many M&A deals and his book on M&A is widely cited in Indian & Foreign Universities and Literatures.
We call upon faculty members and research scholars (Ph.D. & M. Phil) who are actively engaged in teaching and research on Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Corporate Structuring, Strategic Management, HRM, Marketing Management, and Operations Management for adding value to their intellectual skills.
