Fifth National Case Writing Workshop, Faculty of Management Studies, Ganpat University

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are privileged to introduce you to Ganpat University (duly approved under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act), as a hi-tech education campus with ultra modern infrastructure facilities located on 300 acres of lush green Campus on Mehsana - Gandhinagar Highway. The University offers diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate and research programs in technical and professional disciplines. The University also has collaborations with foreign Universities / Institutes of repute for Management programmes.
The Institutes, V. M. Patel Institute of Management & Centre for Management Studies are constituent colleges of Ganpat University. We offer MBA, M. Phil. and Ph. D. programmes in Management. In this knowledge era where collaborative working is key to success, we have taken initiative to develop a platform for industry and academics to have joint working. In this context, we are pleased to inform you that we are having a Fifth National Case Writing Workshop on 17th & 18th January, 2014. Faculty of B-schools located in various parts of the Country can participate in the same.

The Workshop aims at development of cases based on Indian Business Environment to propagate the use of case studies as an integral part of pedagogy in imparting management education. A copy of the detailed brochure of the Workshop is enclosed for your kind perusal. This is to kindly request you to circulate the same amongst the faculty of your esteemed Institute and nominate the persons for participation in the Workshop.

Since last four years, we have been arranging the Case Writing Workshop where in we got overwhelming participation and cooperation of various academic institutions. Total nineteen Cases were developed in the workshops and out of that Seventeen cases are published in various National and International Journal and five are cleared from ECCH (European Case Clearing House) and also lies in The Oxford University for reference. 

In this context, please note that numbers of seats are limited to 30. It will be allotted on first-come basis.
