For our upcoming projects we are looking for Summer Trainees (SIP Students). We are looking for MBA First Year Student who are willing to take their Specialization in Marketing or HR. Please find brief requirement & training profiles as hereunder.
Requirement of Students:
MBA Marketing: 13 Students
MBA HR – 5 Students
Project details & work profile is as mentioned hereunder.
We are looking for students who work with an eager and curious & has a high interest in learning and developing marketing research & HR skills while working to impact the daily operation of HR & Recruitment intelligence gathering analysis and dissemination.
To be hired for:
Digital Marketing: (Male / Female) -
A digital marketing executive plays a specialized individual contributor role as part of the Digital Marketing & Analytics team. Through digital and online techniques and analysis the digital marketing executive pursues specific goals in lead generation lead qualification communication brand building and conversion.
Potential Key Result Areas include:
· End to End execution of marketing projects and ideation creation of leads distribution of leads and analysis of impact.
· Execution of Search Engine Optimization on a continuous basis
· Execution of Social Media Marketing efforts
· Creation and execution of SMS and Email based marketing campaigns
· Continuous review and active management of website and other online assets
Offline Marketing: (Preferable Female)
Marketing executives are involved in developing marketing campaigns to promote services. It is a varied role that includes planning relations & research. The work is often challenging and fast-paced.
Potential Key Result Areas include:
· Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
· Managing distribution of marketing materials including leaflets posters flyers newsletter se-newsletters and DVDs· Doing promotion activities within target audience I.e Top Management / Key Managers of various MNC / Fortune 500 companies.
Operation Executives (Female / Male):
Working with the management team the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational / marketing strategies policies and practices. This position will also interact with the senior management.
Potential Key Result Areas include:
· Managing the present database
· Collecting new data via references social net workings & job boards
· Generating references & via that generating new candidates database
· Managing MIS of database
Field Marketing Executive:
Potential Key Result Areas include:
Data Collection from promotion
Market research by field work
Distribution of pamphlets company stickers forms to prospective candidates
Collecting candidates database from various meeting points
Notes :
No stipend
Accommodation(with food) will be given on the basis on selection.
Certificate will be given as well.
