12th NATIONAL COMPETITION FOR YOUNG INDIA (NCYI)
Theme: “Make in India – Enabling Supportive Ecosystem”

Greetings from AIMA !
The National Competition of Young India (NCYI) – formerly known as - National Competition for Management Students (NCMS) was launched in 2003 and is rated as one of the leading competition on the calendar of the post graduate students and institutions in the country. Conducted every year, NCYI is being organized with a special objective of growing its horizon, not only to management students but also, to other streams of students of the education society providing a more healthy and diverse experience.
The NCYI provides a unique platform to budding young managers to demonstrate their knowledge, creativity, experience and professional power to become ‘Leaders of Tomorrow’. The Competition is one of its kind & is divided into two levels i.e. Regional and National levels. The best three teams from each region would then compete for the National Championship to be held later at New Delhi. The winning team will be awarded with attractive Cash Prizes & Trophies along with national winner recognition. The theme for this year’s NCYI is “Make in India – Enabling Supportive Ecosystem”.
It is a team based competition where team of two members participants from repute B-School, Universities, Engineering Colleges and other allied fields will participate and compete for the Championship. The team needs to prepare the Oral presentation based on extensive research in front of a high profile jury for ten minutes with the help of PowerPoint Presentation on the topical theme selected for every year. The presentation is followed by Q/A by the jury members. Thereafter the jury selects top 3 teams from each region i.e., East, West, North and South to compete for the Grand Finale scheduled to be held at New Delhi.

However from the list of teams registered so far, the participation of your team is still missing. May I therefore, request you to kindly do encourage your young budding managers to participate in this prestigious Competition. For convenience, a copy of the poster is attached once again for your perusal and necessary action.
Your Business School has been in the forefront of management education in the recent years. Knowing your belief in igniting young minds, I am requesting you to kindly publicize it widely and encourage your students to participate. You may nominate as many teams as possible for this prestigious competition.
