Call for Papers:
The authors can submit their original work on any of the above tracks. The detailed list of themes is available on www.choicecollege.in for reference. However the themes and sub themes are indicative. The researchers can submit the paper relevant to the conference.
Paper Submission:
Authors should submit electronically full paper in MS WORD document, 5 pages (2000 – 2200 words maximum) only (Single columns font 10 including pictures, graphs and diagrams). There are eight different tracks. The participant can participate in any of the track of his choice. The paper should be submitted at the given mail id as per the track selected. Participant can participate in multiple tracks with multiple papers. Feel free to write us at prof.rakeshmittal@yahoo.com (only query, don’t send papers at this mail id)
Note: The first page of the paper must contain the title, names of the author / co-authors, email address and contact details.

Registration and Payments:
1. Indians to pay Registration Fees by Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Director, Choice Institute of Management Studies & Research” payable at Pune. The currency conversion rate shall be Rs. 52 per dollar
2. Demand Draft should be send to Director, Choice Institute of Management Studies and Research, Karve Road, Karishma Chowk, Behind Mc’Donalds, Kothrud, Pune – 411038, Phone Number: 020-64001333.
3. All others (other than Indians) to pay Registration Fees through Bank Transfer. Details of Bank Transfer will be given after the acceptance of the paper. The fees should be paid in US $ only. Additional service charges of banks should be borne by the participants.
Notes:
1. Registration of each author in the paper (Attending Author and Co-author/s) is compulsory. If non attending co-author require certificate they will register as absentia participant.
2. Non attending participant (Absentia) shall register at US $ 100 for any conference. He / She shall receive certificate and hard copy of proceeding by courier.
3. Spouse will be entitled to all benefits except conference kit, badge and proceedings. He / She can attend the conference as a listener.

All other charges such as personal shopping, sightseeing other than mentioned above, entry fees other than mentioned above, meals other than specified above, shall be borne by the participants.
Best Paper Awards (2):
Best Paper Award will be given in each Session/Track. Two papers will be selected for Best paper Award after the presentation.
Publication:
Papers received and accepted shall be published in any of the following peer – reviewed journals.

1. 4 nights / 5 days package from 4th March to 8th March, 2013 is included in accommodation package. It includes accommodation on twin sharing basis at First Hotel (Bangkok), airport transfers, Bangkok city sightseeing, One day Pattaya tour, all breakfasts (total four). 2. Flight Bookings can be done from local travel agent or through our travel partner.
3. In order to obtain visa, registration for conference is mandatory. After registration the delegate shall receive an invitation letter on the basis of which the delegate can apply for visa from their respective countries.
