National level students’ convention Quark-13


Dear Students,
We are happy to inform you that, every year Tulsiramji Gaikwad-Patil College of Engineering and Technology, organize a National level students’ convention to promote the spirit of inquisitiveness and innovation in budding engineers. This convention goes a long way in inspiring students and encourages them to explore new avenues.
 We are pleased to inform you that this year again we are organizing Quark-13 1st & 2nd February 2013. It’s our pleasure to offer you this opportunity to be a part of Quark 13.

OBJECTIVE
The objective of the Convention is to bring together students interested in multi-disciplinary fields from various technical institutions across the country. It will provide a platform for the students to acquaint themselves with the latest technology.

The major goal of the Convention is to drive in innovations and research done by the upcoming engineers all over the country to the center point “Quark-13”, to make the students aware of the latest technologies.

3.       Font style / Size: Times New Roman, Title – 12, Subtitle – 11, Body Text – 10.
Single Line Space; double Column (for Project single column)
The first page must include title, name of the authors, email address, institute
The abstract must be maximum 150 words.
4.       The paper will be accepted only in *.doc and *.pdf formats
*docx formats will not be accepted.

Convention Date: Tentatively in last week of January 2013
Last date for submission of Abstract: January 07, 2013
(The abstract must be limited to 150 words)
Intimation of acceptance of Paper / Project: January 08, 2013

Participants Intimated for Paper / Project must bring 3 (three) copies of the full length Paper at the time of Presentation.
