CONSIDERATIONS
Environmental Licensing is a valuable instrument of the National Environmental Policy, which was established by Law No. 6938 of August 31, 1981. This law stipulates that it is the entrepreneur's duty to seek the environmental licensing by the competent environmental agency, where were to BUILD, REFORM, ENLARGE, INSTALL OR DO WORK anywhere in the country, works or potentially polluting services.
