It is very essential  to ensure that corporate firms have good cyber security policies in place and have the trained professionals. Failure to have a IT security policy may result in data loss, loss of IP , damage to reputation or huge monetary losses. Lack of knowledge and information about safe use of computer infrastructure and legal compliances, negligent usage or insider frauds are some of the primary reasons due to which businesses have suffered from cyber threats or cyber-crimes in the recent past.  Corporate liability, both civil and criminal, arising out of non-compliances or employee actions is another area of concern.
