It gives us immense pleasure to inform you that Jagran Institute of Management, Kanpur in association with Dainik Jagran is organizing a National Conference on “Integrating Spirituality in Transformational Leadership “on November 9, 2012. We extend our heartiest invitation to you and your esteemed institution/organization to kindly grace the event by your benign presence and enlighten the participants by your expertise.
The objective of the seminar is to explore the nexus between spirituality and leadership, to discover essential factors and conditions for prompting a theory of spiritual leadership with in the context of the workplace and how the same can be leveraged for organizational transformation.
