Papers Submission: September 30, 2012
Authors Notifications: October 15, 2012
Camera-ready, full papers: October 20, 2012
All Submitted papers will go through following reviewing process:
· Internal non-blind review (to check the scope and format of the paper)
· Double-blind (at least two experts) - Each paper will be peer-reviewed by two experts in the field for originality, significance,
clarity and applications.
Authors of accepted papers are required to submit the copyright form on or before 15 October 2012. For paper format, registration fee, paper submission procedure please refer to web site

About Previous Conferences:
First International Conference, ICRTITCS 2011, was conducted on 9-10 Dec 2011 in association with CSI and University of Mumbai. In the First Conference (ICRTITCS-2011), 224 technical papers were received which went through a blind review process. Finally, 104 papers were selected for presentation and published in Abstract proceedings. Full papers were published in CD Format.
Selected papers were uploaded in IJCA International Journal and are indexed with Indexed with Google Scholar, CiteSeer, DOAJ and CSA Technology Research Database, ProQuest. Please visit, http://www.ijcaonline.
