Dear Dr. Abdul Kalam,
It was nice to hear from you after a long time on social issue and in the interest of national progress.
Here I would just add that the example of the countries mentioned by you and its citizens who are setting good example by their contribution and good behavior for their country . . . .!

Who is responsible for this behavior . . . . !
Its citizen . . . . !
No . . . .
Why ? ?
Because our citizen when they go there follow as per their behavior.
Then what is that which makes them 360 degree change themselves when they are back home . . . . ? ?
Its “Government” and only “Government” which is solely responsible for this, as they are the one who should act sincerely in making good rules and laws and see to it that they are implemented to the end at its best.
Hope this will make you understand the “Reality” and make you target the “Real Culprit” i.e “Our Government and its ways of implementing Rules and Regulations”
