Japanese illustrator Maori Sakai creates charming and beautiful gifs that capture warm and pleasant everyday moments as looped gif animations. Some of the gifs are simply cheery everyday moments, while others are a bit silly, looking like they might have been inspired by Monty Python’s animations.
“There’s beauty in nature and in daily experiences,” Sakai told mymodernmet. “I think most people depend on others or a lot of money to feel this happiness, but I think, happiness is always a state of mind.”
