INDIACom-2016 is approved by IEEE having IEEE Conference ID 37465. Considering your academic scholarship, research accomplishments and organizational competencies, we take the opportunity to invite you to organize and conduct a special session on your chosen area of expertise, in any of the track related to its theme in INDIACom-2016. As the Chairperson / Convener of a Special Session, you will primarily be responsible for promoting your session, releasing Call for Papers (CFP), inviting papers, getting them submitted through the online paper submission facility of the conference available at http://www.bvicam.ac.in/ indiacom/submitPaper.asp and selecting at-least 15 quality papers, after carrying out the due review process. However, our Conference Secretariat will be pleased to extend you the basic administrative and preliminary review support, including the plagiarism checking facility, using the world’s most authentic software; Turnitin. The acceptance ratio of the papers should not be more than 33%. The presentation of the papers under your special session will be scheduled on the venue of the conference, as per your convenient slot, on any of the three days during the conference. For your Special Sessions, you will be free to form your own Technical Programme Committee(s) having Session Chairman, Convener and other members, which along with the Session details and organizational logo, if required, will be publicized through our web-portal.
As a gesture, we will be pleased to extend you a free registration to attend the convention. In fact, as a Chairperson / Convener of a Special Session, you will be part of the core working group empowered to participate in the decision making process and can recommend few limited cases for financial support for any of the following facilities, subject to the rules of the convention, which may be supplied to you on specific request:-
- Travel Expenditure / Local Transport / Accommodation of Session Chair / Co-Chair / Convener
- Travel Expenditure / Local Transport / Accommodation of Invited Speakers.
- Registration / Travel Expenditure / Local Transport / Accommodation of certain authors / co-authors.
- Discounted Registration of few authors / co-authors.
