Greetings from SCOPE.!!
October 2014 session of SCOPE Exam is approaching soon. Below is the important information regarding the coming exam for your perusal and deciding on necessary steps for your students : 
The next exam of SCOPE would tentatively start around 4th OCTOBER, 2014. You may start collecting CRF as per your requirement from Concept Eduserv Pvt Ltd. The distribution of CRF would cease from 27th August,2014. The last date for Candidate Registration Form (CRF) submission has been kept as 11th September. You are requested to only use the new form (Blue coloured). SCOPE would not accept any outdated form.
This is to be noted that from now onwards, speaking test would be conducted only for the candidates who appear for BULATS exam, not for CPT candidates. Every candidate would receive Cambridge English, part of the University of Cambridge certificate.

The cost of CRF is Rs. 2/- per form. The DD/local/at par cheque can be made in favour of  "CEO, SCOPE", payable at Ahmedabad. No cash payment is accepted. The CRFs need to be submitted latest (bySeptember 11, 2014 by 5 pm) at the following address :

No form would be accepted after 11th September, 2014. Please DO NOT STAPLE any document/photograph with CRF forms. IN CASE ANY CRF IS FOUND WITHOUT PHOTOGRAPH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE. 
A forwarding letter clearly indicating the exam level wise number of students, students list, DD number and DD amount should be attached with the CRF forms.
The fees to be charged from candidates will be Rs. 300/- per candidate for CPT and Rs. 400/- per candidate for BULATS (please refer the revised fee structure which had been shared with you on 5th March, 2013, Subject: Increase in the SCOPE fee from April 1, 2013). The entire fee is required to be submitted with SCOPE. The reimbursement of Rs.75/- per candidate would be made only for those candidates who appear in examination and successfully complete it.
The exam schedule will be shared with you and a time frame of seven days will be given to you for suggesting any changes in the schedule. It will be considered free of cost by SCOPE. However, once the schedule is finalized, after the given time frame window being elapsed, SCOPE would not consider any request for change of schedule. Under emergency situations, if it is done in any case, SCOPE would charge Rs. 100/- per scheduled candidate. So please take into account any internal exams, practical exam, university exam schedule or any other event in your college and suggest changes in our draft schedule within seven days of receiving such information.
Those colleges who have been earmarked as Exam Centres are requested to make sure that their DEL Laboratory is fully functional with at least 10 internet connections. As per the instruction from Commissioner, Higher Education, it is communicated that it is the college's responsibility to make their labs fully functional and operational. The colleges have to generate fund for the lab through various means. The remuneration earned/to be earned @Rs. 75/- per candidate can be spent on the maintenance/repairs of lab.
