Dr Vinay Kumar Srivastava has more than 13 years of experience of industry
and academics. Dr Srivsatava, born in November 28, at Allahabad holds D. Phil.
from Department of Commerce and Business Administration, University of
Allahabad. He received his Masters in Commerce from University of Allahabad
and in Business Administration from UP Rajarshi Tandon Open University. He is
visiting faculty of IILM, Greater Noida, Dr. K. N. Modi University, Newai, Tonk,
Rajasthan and Mewar University, Gangrar, Chittorgarh, Rajasthan. He is
approved Ph D. supervisor of Mahamaya Technical University, Noida.
His area of interest for teaching is Financial Management, Investment
Management, and Business Statistics. He regularly contributes articles and research papers on Market
Efficiency, Risk Management, and Corporate Finance. He has published more than 60 research papers
and articles in reputed journals, few are Chartered Secretary, Indian Journal of Accounting, Indian Journal of Commerce, Asia-pacific Business Review, Ubiquity of ACM press etc. and has also participated and presented 30 research papers in national and international conferences and seminars. He has supervised over 100 research project report of MBA students and presently supervising one Doctoral thesis. He has also authored a book titled, ‘Privatisation of Public Enterprises in India’ and edited a book ‘Public Enterprises and Changing Scenario’ with Prof nageshwar Rao, Pro Vice Chancellor, IGNOU, New Delhi.
He is the founder Managing Editor of ARASH: A JOURNAL OF ISMDR. He has been also the founder Editor of SAARANSH: RKG Journal of Management and Guest Editor of ‘Advances in Management’. He is reviewer and member of editorial boards of Business Studies, SBS College, Delhi University, Journal of Business Solution, RBMI, Bareilly, and Uttranchal Business Review. He has also been involved in the preparation of study material for MBA program for Mahatma Gandhi Antarrastriya Hindi iswvidaylaya, Vardha, Maharastra.
He is the founder, honorary Secretary and life member of Indian Society for Management Development & Research. ISMDR is a non-profit organization, registered under Society Registration Act 1860, founded with a view to carry on academic pursuits. The Society constantly endeavors to promote research activities among the faculty members, consultants, trainers & students in the field of management development & research with the primary aim of enhancing and enriching the quality of education, corporate culture and research. The society is publishing a bi-annual international refereed research Journal of management ARASH - A JOURNAL of ISMDR (ISSN 2231-2072) since 2011. The journal is listed in Cabell’s and Ulrich’s Periodical Directory, USA. The aim of the journal is to provide a forum for discussion of advancement in the area of management for the benefit of the academicians and practicing managers. Six issues have been successfully released and 7th and 8th issue is under process.
The journal publishes research papers, articles, book reviews, case studies, interviews and brief profile of distinguished educationist. He is associated with many professional bodies which include life member of Indian Accounting Association, Indian Commerce Association, Institute of Public Enterprises Research, Allahabad and member of SCOPE, New Delhi.
