The establishment of Uka Tarsadia University (UTU) in 2011 by the Bardoli Pradesh Kelavani Mandal is an effort towards meeting the growing demand for quality education. The University offers a comprehensive array of academic programs across the disciplines of Management, Technology, Science, Pharmacy, Commerce and others that lead students to self-enrichment and productive careers in their respective professions, government, business and industry. In line with its quest for academic excellence, the faculty of management of UTU was publishing peer reviewed bi-annual journal “National Journal of Research in Management (ISSN: 2249 – 0906; Listed in Cabell's Directory of Publishing Opportunities, USA)”. The journal aims to provide research based papers, articles and case reviews on varied topics of Management. The target readers are Academicians, Researchers, Managers of all levels and Management Students. Please note that we have renamed ‘National Journal of Research in Management’ as ‘Global Journal of Research in Management’ with effect from December 2012 issue. This new name is proposed with the aim to widen our Journal’s scope in terms of incorporating and disseminating management research work done at global level. We also wish to make this Journal a platform to provide cross-cultural research in management domain. We are happy to share that this new title is successfully registered with International Body ISSN 2319-8915 and Listed in Cabell's Directory of Publishing Opportunities, USA. We are about to release next issue of journal very soon. We request for contribution of research articles (In attached format) from your institute for publication in this Journal. All the received papers will be sent for double blind review. Please note that we accept round the clock submissions toeditor.gjrim@utu.ac.in.
