Warm greetings from PG Dept. of Business Administration, Rani Channamma University, Belagavi, Karnataka, India. As you are aware, the journey to create nation’s next leaders has never been an easy one. The Business is an ever evolving entity. It is bound to change with time and prevailing conditions. We pride ourselves as the suppliers of Manpower for the players in this field. As time has taught it to us again and again, businesses have capacity to transform the fortunes of the nation. It is in this context that we plan to review the education that we impart to students, who in turn will execute the change of fortunes. We all know that Management Education in its present form has not been able to do full justice to the businesses, students & the society. Rani Channamma University, being the second largest in the state in terms of affiliated institutions, would once again like to take a lead in bridging this gap. It is with this intention that we would like to inform you that a “National Conference on Responsive Management Education” is being held on 8th & 9th of August 2014 by us in Belagavi. It is our humble effort to bring all the stakeholders i.e. Institutions, industry & University on the same platform to discuss and incorporate the necessary changes in curriculum and methods of delivery. It is in this context that we solicit the pleasure of your contribution to conference in the form of research paper. The more details can be found from the conference Brochure which is enclosed with the letter for your kind reference. We expect your abstract and full paper to reach us at the earliest.
