After enjoying grand success of five national level conferences, VIM is set to launch its’ 6^th National Conference on yet another contemporary theme “In Pursuit of Business Excellence - Enterprise Performance Management in the Digital Era”

Business Organizations all over the world have assimilated the inherent fundamentals of Business Excellence and have been attempting to create organizations which are globally competitive.Business Excellence movement has been assisted considerably by Business Excellence Models - the objective of which, is to spell out methodology through which excellence can be achieved.  Malcom Baldrige Performance Excellence Program and Balanced Score Card are two methodologies which are widely used by organizations world over. There can be an endless number of initiatives which individual organizations may take to achieve excellence. To quote a few, quality management, process re-engineering, value chain management, executive information systems, reshaping corporate culture, talent acquisition, knowledge management remain in practice. These and similar themes are expected to be investigated, particularly in view of their contribution to Business Excellence in the Digital Era.

This National Conference provides an opportunity for the individuals from academia, research and industry from different domains of business to exchange their views and share the experiences. The purpose of the National Conference is to explore Business Excellence Programs implemented as a total system or as a piecemeal activity along with the practices that lead to the achievement of excellence.

VIM invites Academicians, Research Scholars, Technical Experts, Practicing Professionals, Policy Makers, Entrepreneurs, and Engineering& Management Students. Shortlisted papers/contributions of only registered delegates shall be published in the Conference Proceedings with ISBN. Top two best papers in each category viz. academicians and industry delegates and students will be suitably awarded.

Last Date of Full Paper Submission & Registration	15th  January 2015
