8th India Innovation Summit 2012

Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is organizing the eighth edition of the India Innovation Summit on 30 – 31 August 2012 at Hotel Leela Palace, Bangalore. The theme for the eighth India Innovation Summit, chaired by Mr Kris Gopalakrishnan, Executive Co-Chairman, Infosys Limited and President Designate, CII, is "India Innovates for the World ". The changing landscape of innovation in India can be seen from an industry vertical viewpoint or from life stages of the company perspective. The sheer diversity and momentum across sectors and stages puts India as one of the most happening places for Innovation in the world and it is very aptly called “Startup Nation”. The Summit explores the vibrant business environments in terms of opportunities & challenges and takes a closer look at the emergence of India innovating for the world.
Since its inception in 2005, the India Innovation Summit has brought together over 4000 experts, practitioners and innovators from diverse backgrounds to discuss and deliberate on 'Innovation'.
