Good afternoon Dr. Pithadia,

Thank you for your continued interest in the Associate Dean position at San José State University.  I write to provide an important update to the timeline.  Tomorrow, I meet with the search committee to review the application pool and it is expected that the committee will select a group of continuing candidates, who will be invited to participate in a phone interview.  The committee has established the following dates and times for these 45 minute interviews (all times Pacific):

Friday, March 8, from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM

Tuesday, March 12, from 9:00 to 9:45 AM

Wednesday, March 13, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Thursday, March 21, from 9:00 to 9:45 AM

After tomorrow’s meeting, I will be back in touch to update you on your status in the search.  Should you be selected for further consideration, I will ask that you advise with any schedule conflicts these time slots may pose. 

I look forward to reporting back to you by the end of the day on Friday, March 1.
