It is the pleasure of the Management Department, Rajalakshmi Engineering College to cater to the publication needs of scholars and researchers across the globe. Guidelines to authors
1.Article should be in typed in 12 point-Times New Roman Font English with a single space and single column with 1" margin on a standard A4 size paper. 
2.The page numbers should be at the centre of every page. All headings must be bold-faced, aligned left and fully capitalized. Authors must leave one line before each heading. 
3.The main text should follow the sequence of INTRODUCTION, REVIEW OF LITERATURE, SIGNIFICANCE/NEED OF THE STUDY, OBJECTIVES AND HYPOTHESES, RESEARCH METHODOLOGY, RESULTS AND DISCUSSION, FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS/CONCLUSION, ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS (if any) and REFERENCES. 
4.The sub-heading must be bold typed, fully capitalized and left aligned. 
5. The research article/paper should preferably not exceed 12-15 pages in all. Word limit is 5000 words maximum.

1. Case study and Book review will be given special preference in the forthcoming issue.

Annual Meeting Pre-Conference Workshop #40 "Preparing for the interview process"

This program is intended for all Annual Meeting registrants who are interested in learning or reviewing skills that are helpful while going through the job seeking process. A panel of scholars will discuss what makes a successful candidate, how to stand out in the crowd and provide insight on highlighting key points within your Curriculum Vitae. In addition, there will also be a brief presentation on how the AAA's Career Center can help you in your job seeking process.

Last year 143 schools recruited at the Annual Meeting and over 500 interviews took place, don't miss out on this opportunity! The Career Center at the Annual Meeting is the AAA's largest recruiting event where applicants and institutions can make connections! Online registration for the Career Center at the Annual Meeting is now open. All on-site events will begin on August 3 in Atlanta, Georgia.  


How To Register

1. Post a resume - In order to participate in the Career Center at the Annual Meeting, you must have an active resume and be registered for the 2014 Annual Meeting. If you do not already have a job seeker account, you will need to create a Career Center account to post a resume. POST YOUR RESUME
2. Register for the Career Center at the Annual Meeting - After you post your job listing, look for the "Career Center on the Horizon" box on your "My Account" tab. Register for the Career Center at the Annual Meeting, pay the $25 fee and your resume will be updated with the 2014 Career Center at the Annual Meeting Icon.
3. Reach Out - Search open job listings by clicking the "Job Search" tab from your account home page. Mark your search preferences as desired and proceed with reviewing and applying to open positions listed in the AAA Career Center. To apply to a position follow the directions provided by the recruiter within the job listing. VIEW THE JOBS
4. Create Job Alerts - Click on "Job Alerts" tab from your account home page. This is a new program, and schools will be adding new positions throughout the year. Your personal Job Alerts notify you by email of new jobs posted that match your search preferences.
5. Learn More - The AAA has created a resource site for job seekers and employers. To learn more go to the Career Center Home at www.aaacareercenter.org and click the "Resources for Job Seekers" button.

After you have registered for The Career Center at The Annual Meeting, your resume will be shown with the 2014 Career Center at the Annual Meeting icon next to it. The 2014 Career Center at the Annual Meeting icon will let everyone know that you are attending the 2014 Annual Meeting and that you are interested in scheduling interviews.

The Career Center at the Annual Meeting will have two huge on-site events:
  • Career Fair: A great opportunity to meet people and schedule interviews. The Career Fair will take place at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis hotel on Sunday, August 3 from 4:30pm - 7:00pm
  • Interview HallMore privacy this year with each table having three curtained walls! By registering through the Career Center employers and job seekers can schedule hour long interview hall times.
